HYBRID n-COAT penetrates into the cementitious substrate and chemically reacts with calcium hydroxide to transform calcium hydroxide into calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) which makes the substrate stronger and more durable.
Also, by penetration and its chemical reaction, HYBRID n-COAT bonds perfectly onto the floor.

HYBRID n-COAT FX is a self-leveling HYBRID n-COAT for thick layer application. While having the same properties as HYBRID n-COAT, it can be applied for thickness of 0.5mm~3mm. It has superior self-leveling qualities for substrates that require thicker layers. HYBRID n-COAT FX can be applied using airless sprayer or short-hair roller.

N-Coat AS is anti-static coating. The purpose of this flooring is to minimize electrical errors in precise measurement so used in semiconductors, hospitals or precise technology electricity. The AS Coating is matt finishing. N-Coat AS is an extremely strong floor coating with excellent surface resistivity. Is is semi permanent conductivity product, will not wear out. Used in Korea Samsung Electronics & SK Hynix.
ReplyDeleteFor micro cracks, you need to use putty (N-coat 1000FX).
ReplyDeleteUse epoxy putty to seal the big pits and cracks.
If all putty is neceaary for entire floor, you can use N-Coat 1000FX after the 1st coating, but less than 100 gram per sq. m.
After apply FX1000, need to sand the surface before applying 2nd color coating.
FX drying time needs 4 to 6 hours.
Do not apply FX more than 1mm thick.
Apply 1st N-Coat color as primer than apply FX.
FX is for sealing of micro cracks and pin holes.
